Our PV system delivers strong results

Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us, but a reality we live by. One important sign of this is our own photovoltaic system on the company premises.

So far in 2024, we have generated 146,197.40 kWh of electricity ourselves - that corresponds to the average annual consumption of over 40 four-person households in Germany! A large proportion of our energy requirements are therefore covered directly on site.

Although we also purchase around 74,600 kWh of electricity from the grid, a significant proportion of our requirements are covered by solar energy - sustainable, clean and produced regionally.

Even if we occasionally generate more electricity than we currently consume, this electricity contributes to the general supply of green electricity. In this way, we make an active contribution to the energy transition over and above our own requirements.
